Filtration Systems for Analysis of Air, Gases and Liquids
The filter holders are made of inert, high purity, acid and temperature resistant PFA polymer. Thus, they are particularly suitable for applications under ultra-pure conditions, such as in environmental analysis. For the clamp, other materials like glass fibre reinforced is sometimes used. You can order ready-assembled filter holders or you can select individual filter holders from individual components.
As a standard, the filter units are available with the following diameters and filter stages:
13 mm (Luer connection, single stage)
25 mm (single stage)
47 mm (single, two, three and four stages)
50 mm (single stage)
Other sizes and designs on request
The filter membranes are available with different pore sizes and diameters to match the diameter of the filter holder. The membranes are made of pure and inert PTFE polymer, which is resistant to most concentrated acids and bases.
